I. General Conditions
1. Admission and Stay
To enter, set up, or stay on the campsite, you must be authorized by the manager or their representative. The manager is responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and order of the campsite and enforcing these rules.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these rules. No one may establish permanent residence.
2. Police Formalities
Unaccompanied minors require written authorization from their parents.
Under Article R.611-35 of the French Code on the Entry and Stay of Foreigners, the manager must have foreign guests complete and sign an individual police registration form upon arrival, including:
- Full name
- Date and place of birth
- Nationality
- Usual residence
Children under 15 may be listed on a parent’s form.
3. Installation
Outdoor accommodations and equipment must be installed at the assigned pitch, following manager instructions.
4. Reception Desk
The reception provides information on campsite services, local shops, sports facilities, tourist attractions, and useful addresses.
A complaint collection system is available for guests.
5. Display
These rules are posted at the entrance and reception and available upon request. For classified campsites, the category and number of pitches are displayed. Prices for services are communicated at reception.
6. Departure
Guests must inform reception the day before leaving. Early departures require payment the day before, and late arrivals or early departures do not entitle guests to a discount.
7. Noise and Silence
Guests must avoid noises that disturb neighbors. Sound devices should be kept at low volume. Doors and car trunks should be closed quietly.
- Dogs and other animals must never be left free and cannot remain alone on the campsite. Owners are responsible.
- Dogs of first and second categories are not allowed.
- The manager sets quiet hours for total silence.
8. Visitors
Visitors may enter only with manager authorization and are the responsibility of the host. Visitor vehicles are not allowed, and some facilities may incur a fee.
9. Vehicle Circulation and Parking
- Speed is limited inside the campsite.
- Circulation allowed 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
- Only guest vehicles may circulate. Parking on occupied pitches is prohibited unless designated. Vehicles must not block access or new arrivals.
10. Maintenance and Appearance
Guests must maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and order.
- Wastewater must be emptied in designated areas.
- Trash and recyclables must go into containers at the entrance.
- Washing dishes or laundry outside designated areas is forbidden.
- No vehicle, caravan, or equipment washing on-site.
- Electric vehicle charging at pitches is prohibited; dedicated charging stations are available.
- Laundry may be hung in communal dryers; discreet hanging near accommodations allowed until 10 AM.
- No planting, digging, or attaching nails to trees. Damages to vegetation, fences, or campsite property are the guest’s responsibility.
- Pitches must be returned in their original state.
Failure to follow rules can lead to contract termination after warning.
11. Safety
- Evacuation plans and safety instructions are posted outside reception and in the campsite app.
- Campsite entrance barrier closed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Emergency phone, first aid kit, and AED available at reception.
a) Fire:
- Open fires are strictly forbidden. Gas grills prohibited.
- In case of fire, notify management; fire extinguishers may be used.
b) Theft:
- Management supervises the site, but guests are responsible for their own belongings and must report suspicious persons.
12. Games
No violent or disruptive games near facilities. Children must always be supervised.
13. Storage of Equipment
Unoccupied equipment may only remain on-site with management approval and may incur a fee.
14. Rule Violations
The manager may issue oral or written warnings. Serious or repeated violations may result in contract termination. Criminal violations may involve law enforcement.
II. Specific Conditions
17. Rental of Chalets, Back Banana, Bungalows, Mobile Homes
- Damages discovered may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.
- Guests must provide a €200 deposit per rental unit.
- A check-in and check-out inventory is conducted.
- The deposit is returned by mail within 10 days after departure.
