General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Reservation:
A reservation is only confirmed with our agreement and upon receipt of the signed contract, along with the administrative fees and deposit for a campsite stay or rental accommodation.
Please note that a pitch/accommodation reserved for a certain number of occupants cannot be occupied by more people than stated. The management reserves the right to refuse any additional persons.
Children, including infants, are considered full occupants.
Pitches/accommodations are assigned randomly based on the information provided in the rental contract.
If you indicate a preference during booking (pitch, exposure, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate your request within availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. Failure to meet a preference cannot be considered a contractual breach.
All guests must comply with the campsite rules, which they acknowledge having read.
Arrival / Departure:
Any extension of stay requires prior agreement and will be billed at the current rate. Modifications to dates cannot guarantee the same pitch/accommodation.
The reserved pitch/accommodation will be held for 24 hours from the planned arrival date. After this period, it may be reassigned. No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
Arrivals and departures must occur during reception opening hours. For arrivals or departures outside these hours, guests must check reception hours and notify the manager.
Right of Withdrawal:
Under Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, services and bookings made via our website are not subject to the withdrawal right provided under Articles L.121-20 and following.
Therefore, accommodation and leisure service bookings are exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions below.
Cancellation:
In the event of an early departure due to force majeure, a written request with justification (proof required) can be submitted to the management of Camping Les Pins Bleus. Requests will be reviewed within 2 months.
If cancellation is due to force majeure or client safety, we will do our best to propose a modification of your stay. You will have 72 hours to accept the modifications or cancel the stay. If you cancel, refunds are not provided.
Insurance:
Guests are required to subscribe to cancellation insurance.
