The management reserves the right to refuse any additional persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children, including infants, are <strong>considered full occupants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitches\/accommodations are assigned randomly based on the information provided in the rental contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you indicate a preference during booking (pitch, exposure, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate your request <strong>within availability<\/strong>, but this cannot be guaranteed. Failure to meet a preference cannot be considered a contractual breach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All guests must <strong>comply with the campsite rules<\/strong>, which they acknowledge having read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arrival \/ Departure:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Any <strong>extension of stay<\/strong> requires prior agreement and will be billed at the current rate. Modifications to dates <strong>cannot guarantee the same pitch\/accommodation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reserved pitch\/accommodation will be held for <strong>24 hours from the planned arrival date<\/strong>. After this period, it may be reassigned. No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrivals and departures must occur <strong>during reception opening hours<\/strong>. For arrivals or departures outside these hours, guests must check reception hours and notify the manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Right of Withdrawal:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, <strong>services and bookings made via our website are not subject to the withdrawal right<\/strong> provided under Articles L.121-20 and following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, accommodation and leisure service bookings are <strong>exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions below<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of an early departure due to <strong>force majeure<\/strong>, a written request with justification (proof required) can be submitted to the management of <strong>Camping Les Pins Bleus<\/strong>. Requests will be reviewed within <strong>2 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If cancellation is due to <strong>force majeure or client safety<\/strong>, we will do our best to propose a modification of your stay. You will have <strong>72 hours<\/strong> to accept the modifications or cancel the stay. If you cancel, <strong>refunds are not provided<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Insurance:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p
