The reservation will be effective only with our agreement and upon receipt of the signed contract accompanied by the file fees for a camping trip, or the deposit for a rental accommodation
We remind you that a pitch / accommodation intended for a determined number of occupants can under no circumstances be inhabited by a greater number of people. The Manager will refuse any person beyond the expected capacity.
Children, even at an early age, are considered to be full-fledged.
Pitches/ accommodations are randomly assigned based on the information provided on the rental agreement.
If you indicate a wish (location, exhibition …), we will do our best to satisfy you within the limit of our availability, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non-satisfaction of a wish can not in any case be a reason
Any customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of the internal rules of which he / she declares having taken cognizance.
Arrival /Departure :
Any extension of the stay can only be made within the framework of a prior agreement and will be invoiced on the basis of tariff in force. The same location / accommodation can not be guaranteed for changes to the dates of your stay.
The pitch/ accommodation will be kept for 24 hours from the scheduled arrival date. After this period, we will dispose of it. No reduction will be granted in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Withdrawal period :
Pursuant to Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, all services and services offered on our website are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in L.121-20 et seq. Code of consumption.
Accordingly, the provision of accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are subject to the following cancellation conditions.
If an early departure results from a case of force majeure, a request for written and motivated reimbursement (with presentation of proof) can be addressed to the management of the campsite LES PINS BLEUS. The application for reimbursement will be considered within 2 months.
In case of cancellation imposed by a situation of force majeure or for the safety of the customers, we will do our best to propose a modification of your stay. You will have 72 hours to accept the changes or give up your stay. In case of renunciation, the reimbursement of the sums paid is not foreseen.
